Hair Loss Related to Healthy Activity

How long will your hair last? The answer lies in your genetics, but what if there was a way for you to prevent hair loss simply by staying healthy? Our bodies don't distribute nutrients evenly. In fact, our hair and nails receive the last of the remaining nutrients from our diet. This means that if we aren't eating healthy and getting the right amount of activity and exercise, then our hair isn't getting the essential nutrients it needs to stay healthy. This can make it fall out faster than it normally would based on genetics.
