Are You Overtraining?

How do you know if your overtraining your body? Exercise keeps you healthy and fit but too much can tear your body down. This will give you an opposite effect and ruin the results of your routine. If you are repeating the same exercise every day or in numerous repetitions during your workout, you are over-working your muscles. Also, adequate rest is a main factor in muscle growth and repair. How do you know if your overtraining? Here are some symptoms:
Insomnia
Achiness or pain in the muscles and/or joints
Fatigue
Headaches
Elevated morning pulse
Sudden inability to complete workouts
Feeling unmotivated and lacking energy
Increased susceptibility to colds, sore throats and other illnesses
Loss in appetite
Decrease in performance
